Always agree with the customer first:
- "I completely understand..."
- "I'm with you on that..."

Disagree with your customer:
- "No, that's not true..."
- "I disagree..."

Ask questions and get your answers to your questions
- Asking questions and getting answers is vital to succeed in sales
DON'T
Let your customer not answer your questions or avoid them
- You can't control the call if you don't get any answers

Follow up with your customers immediately
- You should follow up immediately after your call (text, email, or selfie-video)
DON'T
Wait a week before you follow up
- Waiting makes the prospect go cold = no deal
- Follow-up with value always
DO
Role-play, drill, and rehearse every day
- Make mistakes during role-play instead of during an actual sales call
DON'T
Wing it
- Do this only if you want to lose customers
DO
Embrace rejection and learn:
- Ask yourself what went wrong
- What went great?
- How to improve?
DON'T
Get sad because you didn't close the deal
- Not all deals can be closed
- Focus on the next sale!
